Central Maryland Lax ("we," "us") is a lacrosse training service based in Columbia, Maryland. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Through Calendly. When you book a session on this site, you're sent to Calendly to complete the registration. Calendly collects your name, email address, and phone number on our behalf, and their privacy policy governs that data: https://calendly.com/privacy.
Through Zelle. Session payment is made out-of-band via Zelle. We receive only the information your bank displays to us (your name and the amount). We do not collect or store bank details on this site.
Photos. Photos of athletes — including minors — may appear on this site with the permission of the athlete or their parent/guardian. If you'd like a photo removed, email info@centralmdlax.com and we will remove it within seven (7) business days.
This site targets athletes across a broad range of ages, including those under 13. A parent or guardian must complete booking on behalf of any minor. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13; all bookings flow through Calendly, which is used by the adult making the booking.
We do not set our own tracking cookies. Third-party embeds (Calendly widget, YouTube video on the Jack Simon page, Google Fonts) may set cookies governed by their own policies.
You may request a copy of any information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your information, by emailing info@centralmdlax.com.
